1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require advance payment. Cancellations or changes must follow our cancellation policy, detailed at checkout.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Full refund if canceled 30 days before departure.
• 50% refund if canceled between 15–29 days.
• No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure.

3. Liability

We act only as an intermediary to travel providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or personal injuries caused by third parties.

4. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).

5. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by GetsGo Holidays. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Legal disputes shall be subject to courts in Tamil Nadu.

7. Changes to Terms
